Mission
The
of this coaching company is to empower women in medicine and healthcare to bet on themselves.

Meet Dr. Carrie!
I am my own boss and that means no one else is responsible for my job satisfaction and sense of fulfillment. When I came to that realization, I knew it was time to break free from the rules, ditch the ‘maybes’ and create my own authentic career path.
I created this coaching company to empower women in medicine and healthcare to bet on themselves through mindset shifts, life and work organizational systems, and strategic thinking.
I received a psychology degree from Xavier University of Louisiana, went to med school at Saint Louis University, and completed Otolaryngology, Head & Surgery training in Little Rock, Arkansas. I completed a Pediatric Otolaryngology Surgery Fellowship in San Diego, Ca. After exploring different areas of focus in academic medicine, I chose to focus my work on medical racism in med ed, wellness, leadership and career development for faculty. With career clarity, career organization and deliberate strategy, I was able to advance into high-impact roles within the academia doing work that inspires me.
The
Future
you envisioned for yourself is possible.
